Servo Edge Postion Controller EPC-100/EPC-200 adopts the high-speed 32-bit CPU drive DC servo driver and no-overshot integral variable PI adjustable algorithm. It is of high deviation rectification and fast reaction. In addition, it supports three operation modes: the edge-following, line-following and center-alignment mode.

Digital edge position controller EPC-100
EPC-100 edge position controller is a high accuracy controller can trace the edge of material. It is high reliability, high anti-interference, long life spam. EPC-100 with photoelectric sensor and synchronous motor, which constitute digital edge position control system, is widely applied in printing, packaging, textile industry of roll materials’ edge position control.

1. With single electric-eye , same edge/opposite edge double electric-eye 3 working mode.
2. Drive single phase synchronous motor and web guiding sensitivity is adjustable, motor forward/reverse can be changed.
